Biographical details

In my law practice I have handled all kinds of cases both contested and uncontested in trial courts and appellate courts. I have litigated most areas of the law including real estate, oil and gas, personal injury, commercial, divorce, probate, guardianship and criminal law; I have tried jury cases in every Federal District in Oklahoma; I have tried numerous civil and criminal jury trials in Creek County and other Northeastern Oklahoma Counties. I served 8 years as an Assistant Creek County District Attorney and was appointed by the Supreme Court to be a judge on the Oklahoma Court of Appeals, Temporary Division No. 139. As a title examiner and licensed title insurance agent, I have rendered title opinions and cured title on thousands of surface and oil and gas real estate titles in Oklahoma.
